Katie Frost is a strategic leader who excels at transforming organizations and driving operational excellence. With a talent for leading complex financial programs and large teams, she brings a practical approach to achieving meaningful results.

Katie has a proven track record of guiding major transformations, including while serving as the Associate Administrator for Capital Access at the Small Business Administration, where she oversaw a $560 billion loan portfolio and led a team of more than 5,000. She has a knack for breathing new life into underperforming operations, creating innovative programs, and building data-driven systems that significantly boost performance.

Prior to her work at SBA, while working with transportation systems and as a management consultant, Katie crafted approaches to operational improvement that not only increased efficiency but also generated substantial cost savings. What sets her apart is her ability to connect big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, helping organizations make the most of their resources while staying focused on what really matters.

Katie is a graduate of both UCLA and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she was a Belfer Scholar. When she's not transforming organizations, she's enjoying life in Washington, DC with her husband and daughter.
