Isabelle is a strategic advisor with deep experience helping organizations achieve meaningful impact. She specializes in translating ambitious visions into actionable strategies that deliver tangible results.

Throughout her career, Isabelle has guided organizations through critical growth phases, developing the structures and processes needed to scale effectively and launch new programs and services. As a founding team member of a national advocacy organization, she helped grow it from inception to a multi-million dollar operation with nationwide impact. Her expertise includes resource optimization, stakeholder alignment, and creating frameworks that balance innovation with sustainable execution.

In the public sector, Isabelle led major program modernization initiatives and managed complex emergency programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. She oversaw the execution of strategic priorities that resulted in record-breaking program performance and dramatic improvements in service delivery timeframes. This experience has equipped her with valuable insights into navigating both urgent challenges and long-term organizational transformations.

Isabelle is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she received an MBA with a Certificate in Public Management & Social Innovation. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two kids.
